I was going through the pantry today and found my medifast from last year. I started it, but didn't finish the full month's worth because because because. I'm thinking of doing it for 4 days to kickstart my weight loss, would that work or would I have to do a full month? I don't want to do it, lose a bunch of water, and mess with my metabolism for no reason. I also don't want to throw it away because that stuff is expensive.
What do you guys think, would it be worth it to do it for just 4 days?
