Can anyone tell me how to substitute? Do I have to speak to them directly to make substitutions? Is there a way to do it with my first online order?

Click on the Menu & Nutrition tab. Then on the right just above the red button that says Order Today is the link for Meal Substitution List. After you click the Meal Substiturion List link it says you can either call or go to the Current Customer page. So if you want to do it online click the Current Customer page. I belive you need to place your order/register first. On the Current Customer page you'll see a red button that says Menu Changes. That is the form to make your substitutions. Once you fill it out they email you a copy so you'll know they received it.
