TNBaby! Thats awesome!! I have trouble getting all my water in too. I'm switching the order of when i eat some things around today. Instead of a shake for breakfast i'm having the entree that i normally would eat at lunch. It should help me get more water in, because it takes me soooo long to drink a shake.

Well my hubby and i went to see Edge of Darkness last night (great movie by the way!) but before the movie we went to eat at a mexican restaurant ( my fav!!!) and i ate a little more than the plan allows, but i didn't do my normal stuff myself till i burst because its so good! I also didn't add any cheese or sour cream (another 2 weaknesses) I had a chicken fajita, so basically grilled chicken peppers and onions, and corn tortillas, and i made myself stop and put the rest into a take home box. And i stuck with water. So had a little more but didn't go crazy! At the movies the hubby got some popcorn with butter and i had a few handfuls but it tasted so greasy and salty that i didn't eat anymore. He said it tastes just like normal...so i guess my tastes are changing! Anywho...weigh in day tomorrow! I have a feeling my weight hasn't gone down as much this week...i think the water is a big part...but we'll see!

I'm also having trouble getting all the water in, I'm going to make it a point to up my water this week also. So far I am doing really well, amazed at how less hungry I seem. I've been a little tired this week though, not sure if it is the diet or because I'm getting over my sinus infection.
Congratulations , I am happy for you. Keep up the good work

Thanks girls!

BBBelly - doesn't sound like you did bad at all - you did great! I think you should pat yourself on the back for the good choices you made. Better than I did today at the Japanese steak house - oh well, tomorrow is a new day. I tend to self sabotage around 150lbs too so I'm not going to let that happen this time. I am getting to goal if it takes me a year (or two). I'm sick of the yo yo.

My mom's with muscle class is tomorrow (if it doesn't snow). I'm really looking forward to it.

Can't wait to hear how everyone's weigh in's come in. How you doing Margie?

Mollymai sorry to hear about your delay...you'll get there soon enough just hang tough!

So i weighed in this morning and i'm only down 2 lbs. I know i should be happy that i've lost...but i'm still kind of disappointed. I know this week i'll be PMSing like crazy and retaining water for the wonderfully upcoming TOM I just need to stay on plan and it will come off eventually...i just hate blowing up like a puffer fish the week before my period!!! Anywho for anyone else weighing in today or close to

2 lbs is still awesome!! I'll be thrilled if I lose that this week. AF showed for me yesterday so I'm expecting a pound or so of water loss . I can already tell a difference. Just keep going. If you can lose 2lbs a week that is awesome but I bet next week will be more. Go for 185 by next weigh in. My goal is to be in the 140's - it will be the first time I've been there in a long time.

Hi you bunch of losers. lol

BBbelly 2lbs is great. Next week you will probably lose real big.

Hang in there mollymai, you will get started on it before you know it.

Well I have my first weigh in tomorrow since I started the Wonderslim diet.

I really hope this gets the weight loss going. It is moving so slow.

Well hope you are all hanging in there. Don't give up!

Wish me luck.

yay- officially i lost 5 pounds! i didnt change my ticker to 199 when i started cause it was (sob) just to painful to type out that number, but thats what it was. this morning i weigh 194! i think i could have done better without the valentines chocolate and the weekend cocktails, but life is what it is...this week will be hard. i dont know if any of you watch biggest loser, but they never lose big on week two...take heart bbbelly, the first week is the big one then if you lose 2- 2.5 lbs a week thats 8-10 lbs a month!!! it adds up girl-anyway- good luck all, you can do it, and i can too!!!!

Hi everybody,

I went for my weigh in tonight. This diet is crazy! I am still in shock. I lost 6.6 lbs. (In one week).

I know the information said 3-5 lbs a week but this is nuts. I know that every week won't be like this one but I will take whatever the loss is. I have tried everything to lose weight and only ended up dissapointed. This is unbelieveable. I feel like I am finally on my way to being thin agian. My weight hasn't been moving in a couple of months. I have never lost this much in a week.

I had no idea I would lose that much. I was hoping for 4lbs. This really works.

Hang in there everybody and I wish you all well.
