hopeful10 Junior Member Join Date: May 2009 Posts: 6	Good Yoga DVD For a Beginner I am seriously a beginner for yoga and was wondering if anyone out here could suggest a good yoga DVD for beginners....I am just looking to incorporate it into my exercise routine on my rest days but have never done yoga before. thanks for any input.
