Christy now you've got me curious with this fasting business haha I'm debating if I should try it for this week to maybe "debloat" from this weekend and so that I can fit into my bridesmaid dress real nice on Saturday. So do you just not eat solid food? And drink water, or V8 like how you said? I workout alot too so I don't know if I'd even be able to fast without getting really weak. hmmmmm
