Default Fat/Sodium in Diet to Go Low Carb Meals?

Ladies on the Diet-to-Go, I plugged in the nutrition info from a lunch/dinner so I can add my own food and see where my calories would end up. But after putting in the two meals the fat content was almost 50% of the entire meal! It did not show how much saturated fats contributed to this total. Do you all know if that information comes on the actual food label? I already ordered 7 days worth of lunch/dinners but between the high sodium content (which I can somewhat control by making sure my breakfast/snacks or low/no sodium) and the high fat content, I'm not sure how healthy these meals really are. What are your thoughts?
