Well, no whoosh, but another 0.2 down. I'm doing another MyDay today to break it up during the week and hopefully confuse my metabolism enough to go, "What the...?" and give me that much needed bigger drop on the scale.

Hey, Lynn, you still with me? How are you doing on Jenny?

300 grams down today. Yay, that's 2.6 kg in 3 weeks, and 7.8 in total. Only another 36 kg to go...!

Way to go, Lyn!!! That is awesome. That's about 17 pounds, right? Congratulations!

I can't believe it's been a week since I last posted here. I'm down another pound, with tomorrow being my official weigh in day. It's amazing to me that I've now lost 35 pounds on Jenny Craig and 60 pounds total from my highest weight ever. I've already got so much more energy now than I did back in May. I can't wait to see how much more energy I'll have when I get the last 25 pounds off.

Well done on your loss this week, and throughout your whole journey, Sandy! 60 pounds is a great achievement, you should be so proud. I know it takes a lot of hard work and dedication . I had my weigh in today - another 700 grams gone - or about 1.3 pounds. Was kind of hoping for more this week, after a pretty low loss last week, but still happy. Will stick to the plan this week and get myself to the gym most days and hope for a decent loss next week.

I so appreciate you converting your weight loss into pounds for me, Lyn. I'm so bad trying to do that myself. And losing 1.3 pounds in a week is awesome. Think of it this way, you lost a little more than this...

Puts things into perspective, right?

This morning I was down 0.2 on the scale, so I can now officially saw that I have "less" than 25 pounds to lose.

Wow, 25 pounds to go to your goal must feel amazing! And now you have so much more energy, I am sure it will fly off! I weighed in a day earlier than usual, and am down another 0.7 pound. Was feeling pretty low about the loss, because I have been sticking to the plan and doing some serious exercise this week. But you know, seeing that image you posted really has helped! I am going away for a few days this week visiting family and friends, which will be my first time making my own choices without using Jenny menus. I am feeling pretty confident - I know what I should be eating. Hoping that my friend and family don't put too much temptation in my way! Good luck for your next weigh in, with only 25 to go, you must feel so motivated!

Lyn, I WISH I lost 0.7 pounds this week. I actually had my first gain while doing Jenny (actually surprised it hasn't happened until now) of 0.4 for the week. I'm trying not to worry about it because I know it's nothing I've done wrong. And more often than not a gain is usually followed by a pretty good loss the following week. So I'm trying to keep my chin up.

Good luck to you making your own choices. You can do it! I do that actually 3 days out of the week now to save some money on the JC foods and get more used to making my own choices. I was doing great with it for a few weeks, but I think I may have chosen too salty foods yesterday...hence the small gain. Live and learn I guess.

YES!!! I lost a pound from yesterday. Not as big a whoosh as I would have liked, but I'll take it. I guess I'm getting antsy to get out of my 170s since it seems like I've been here forever.

Down another 0.6 this morning. Now I need to get my exercise mojo back. I don't know where the heck it went. I've just got to make myself start!

Not far to the 160s for you at all. So excited here, had my weigh in today and had my first whoosh on Jenny. 4.1 pounds down. Very happy, particularly as I had to wing it in my own for a bit while I was away. Will have to be very careful not to let it go to my head and get complacent this week.

Lyn, so you're the one hogging the ol' whoosh fairy this week! LOL Could you be kind enough to send her on down to CA for a little bit? I promise I'll give her back to you once I get into my 160s.

Seriously, though, a big congratulations to you. You will be on all week long.

I managed to get another 0.2 off of me from yesterday for a grand total loss of 2.2 pounds for this week. I'LL TAKE IT! That makes up for the gain of 0.4 from last week's weigh in. Hopefully that whoosh fairy makes an appearance very soon. I've been in my 170s for over 6 weeks now, so it sure would feel good to see 169.8 or less within the next couple of weeks.

She has promised me she is on her way over to you this week! But you will have to send her back again soon. Sounds like you are having a great week though, 2.2 is very good, you will be in the 160s very soon, I am sure! I am hoping to be out of the 190s soon too. I've set myself a goal of 187 by Halloween, so have been back at the gym today for cardio and weights. Have been pottering around the house too, so hopefully that has pushed my calorie burn up a little bit more.

Hitting 187 for Halloween is totally doable for you, Lyn. I'm cheering you on all the way.

I've lost another 0.4 from two days ago. And I had also set a goal weight of of 165 for Halloween. I set this goal the day after Labor day. Now, with Halloween only 18 days away, I'm thinking that just getting under 170 will be a challenge. I'll be happy with that though.

Good luck to you!

Down another 0.2 this morning. It's good to be on a roll again.
