I've been the same weight for the past 3 days, but that's okay. It usually means I'm in for a little "whoosh" on the scale soon. I'm going to go do some yard work right now to burn off a few calories.

I'm down 0.6 (after going up 0.2 yesterday) for a total loss of 1.4 pounds for this week. That makes 24 pounds lost since I started with Jenny Craig 11 weeks ago. I'm thrilled with that loss and with the 25 pounds I had lost before that. Onwards!!

Thank you, FattyFatFat. Yeah, I do my best not to worry about the scale going up a bit. Most times when that happens it comes back down the next day or the day after. Nice to see someone else posting on this board. It's like a ghost town in here. lol

Down another 0.6 today and feeling great. I'm going for a one-hour hike this morning with my daughter. The last time I went hiking with her I weighed 198, so I'll know I'll see a difference in my stamina today.

Woo hoo! Down another 0.6 this morning. These one hour walks I've been doing lately are sure helping the weight to come off a bit faster.

Hi Sandy,

Glad to see you here. I had pretty much given up on this thread. My JC meetings are on Tuesdays. At my last meeting, I had gained .8 pound. However, that was after a week's vacation so I was happy. Hopefully, I will have a loss on Tuesday.

Hi Lynn,

That is pretty darn good only gaining 0.8 after coming back from a vacation. My sister, who is also on Jenny, went on vacation for two weeks and gained 3.5 just trying to watch her portions. I thought that wasn't too bad for being on vacation.

Here's hoping for a big loss for you both this week!

I did my first MyDays (2 days of my own food in the week) this past weekend and lost another 0.4, so I'm happy about that. It was a little scary going off the original plan on only JC foods, but I survived. Unfortunately, my sister won't be continuing the program because she felt that it just wasn't working very well for her, and once she came back from her vacation, she just wasn't motivated to get back on it because she was getting a little tired of the foods. So today she is going to sign up with Weight Watchers. I wish her all the best with it.

Down another 0.4!!! I'm getting in more exercise with my hour walks 5 days a week and now I've added my 20-minute Firm workout dvds, so I'm sure that's helping speed up my loss a bit.

Down another 0.8 since I was last here. I'm feeling better and have a bit more energy each week. And I didn't have to stop once during my Firms workouts, so I know I'm getting stronger.
