I did my first MyDays (2 days of my own food in the week) this past weekend and lost another 0.4, so I'm happy about that. It was a little scary going off the original plan on only JC foods, but I survived.
Unfortunately, my sister won't be continuing the program because she felt that it just wasn't working very well for her, and once she came back from her vacation, she just wasn't motivated to get back on it because she was getting a little tired of the foods. So today she is going to sign up with Weight Watchers. I wish her all the best with it.
