Well, when I called to order Nutrisystem, I found out lots of their products have soy. I can't eat soy. That was the reason I didn't go with Medifast. But then I found New Lifestyle Diet, which uses milk-based proteins and I'm going for it. I've spent weeks just researching and sorting out what to do. I've tried healthy eating and exercise and wish that was working for me ... but I don't lose anything this way (even tracking every calorie).
Anyway, looking to hear from people who are on or have been on the New Lifestyle Diet. Which were your favorite foods to order? I'm not expecting great taste, just satisfying enough to stick to it.
