Default NS - Confused about eating bread and Low glycemic index

Hi, I just started NS on Monday, but I'm confused about bread servings and the low glycemic index carb which is not an allowable item on the NS Meal Planner daily diary for women. I've read some postings that many NS dieters eat whole wheat bread or rolls and I'm wondering how it is counted since the LOW GI Carbs are not listed on the daily diary for women. Is it used as a substitute item for one of the allowable categories? I would really appreciate any comments on this question. thanks!

On NS, the whole wheat bread and rolls are used for the chicken breast and the hamburger patty-to be used as the bread/bun for those sandwiches, as dinner-or with the meatball entree (for a meatball sandwich) or the vegetarian sloppy joe (for a sandwich). NS used to package rolls/bread and send them with the shipments for those entrees, but most members started using their own from the store, since they tasted better and were fresher.
