Thumbs down Staying abstinent...means sharing

How is life treating you? I have been recovering from compulsive eating for almost a year and I feel wonderful. The compulsion has left me and I don't really even miss eating sugar. It is so wonderful to know that the OA program works if you really work it. Drop me a line if you have any questions. I am always willing to write back as it strengthens my desire to stay abstinent. coolSue

Default Recovery

Hi Coolsue,
Just wanted to say that I've renewed my commitment to myself in re: to my abstinence, & your right NO amount of food, people, places, or things is worth
my recovery.
