Hurray Water!! You are over the hardest part! I'm also wanting to eat the stuff that's good for me like vegetables and protein. I don't crave sugar or salty snacks anymore. When it's time for a meal, I want to eat the stuff that I know will make my body feel good and keep me from being hungry before my next meal.
