Smile Hi.I'm returning to site, after a long time.
I'm returning to this site after a long period of time, I feel this is a great place to get some motivation. I will be returning to weight watchers after the first of the year. I also use to attend O.A., but I don't want to over load my schedule again. I think this site and ww will be plenty, of course with exercise.

I just joined this site hoping to get some support also. I just re-joined WW a few weeks ago. I was on it earlier this year and lost greatly. Good luck!!
