I made a snack- a few chicken nuggets. I had 4, I threw the rest of them away. I never do that. But I just couldn't stand the thought of me finishing that entire plate, especially with how I've been feeling about my weight lately.
4 chicken nuggets. But I feel like I just ate the entire world. Why did I do that? Today was supposed to be a good day, I wasn't supposed to do that.
I know I shouldn't feel guilty for eating, but I can't help it- I do. I shouldn't have done that. And now my mind won't leave me alone.
