I've lost 93 lbs. The last few are slowly melting away. I would love to be in the 100 lb club, but that will come when my body is good and ready.
This is my experience, your body might work differently. I need to take it slow. I need to give my body and my mind time to adjust. If I don't, I usually end up sabotaging myself. It feels great to be at a healthy weight again. And I've done it in a way that emphasizes the emotional growth I need to keep the improvements. I needed to loose not just the fat, but the need to self-harm. This meant giving up first, the abusive dieting that I used to do, and then the binge eating, and then, finally, the weight.
