I had weight loss surgery a year ago and things have gone really well until recently. Im finding those same food issues creeping back and causing me to over-eat again. The good news is that I cant eat as much as I used to but those behaviours are still there.

So...Im thinking of joining OA. There are a few meetings in Toronto and Im thinking of going to one next Wednesday after work.

For those of you who attend...do they really help??

Some people excel at them and some people hated it. My friend joined and said it really depends on your meeting group. Its worth a shot!
