OA ninety day meetings are specifics within OA. If you go to the oa.org website and look at the telephone meetings and select the OA 90 day meetings and hop on one of those you will meet many others using this food plan. It is similar to the grey sheet. you can google grey sheet food plan too, but w/ OA food plan the main things are no flour, no sugar and no nutrisweet. I also weigh and measure all of my food. It really is freedom cuz I plan what I eat each day and eat what I plan. No binging, overeating or guess work involved. I got my food plan from this site: www.fulloffaith.com
