Step 4

  • My sponsor has cleared me to move to Step 4. I've been giving it some thought, but I haven't put pen to paper yet. This will be interesting. I'm not yet fully on board w/ the concept that anything more than Steps 1-3 & 12 are necessary to control my compulsive eating disorder and food addiction, but I'm approaching it all with an open mind. We shall see.
  • Keep an open mind- what can it hurt? The way the steps are laid out you really see some of your past stuff that eats at you from a different perspective. I wish you well.
