Lately I've been feeling the need for some accountability.
As it's the first day of the month, I thought I'd start this up and see what happens. Check in every day, even if abstinence wasn't the best. Progress, not perfection.
Am still trying to feel out what abstinence means for me, but I'm thinking that it will definitely look something like this:
No refined sugar
No eating in secret
No eating when I'm not hungry
I'm going to try it, one day at a time.
Anyone else in?
