Hi there. I'm new to this site. I'm a recovering alcoholic and bulimic. I'm working the steps with a sponsor (on step 2) regarding alcohol, but I also feel I should be working the steps regarding food as well. It's so great to see an OA forum here!
I started going to OA and realized I need AA too. I now go to both programs and have a sponsor who is in both programs too. I know people who worked one program and then the other. Find which works for you and just remember to work your program it works if you work it.
So glad to see an OA forum here!
