well, today is almost gone. i did workout today, so i did do something positive for my health and wellbeing today.
so for tomorrow:
just for today i will be mindful of what i eat, and how full i am. and i will log it all in my diary.
in ayurveda i think it was, there is a guideline not to eat more than the amount of food that could fill your 2 cupped hands a one sitting/meal.
