I will take time to rest. Both after i get home, and 30 minutes before bed.
I will remember to be relaxed and calm throughout the workday.

Just for today, I will not have diet coke, I will eat 3 meals, with only a small snack in the afternoon.
I will drinks lots of water.

Just for today I will walk to the grocery store (despite the negative degree weather, tee hee) instead of driving. And forgo the cheesy panini in my freezer for soup and a salad.

For friday:
just for today, i will focus on smaller portions, how hungry i feel, and logging all my calories.
I will take time to relax when i get off work and i will take 30 minutes before going to bed to wind down and relax.

still working on my diet, even though i haven't posted any just for todays lately
just for today, i will do my indo board tonight, plus the crunches and ab workouts the trainer gave me
just for friday, i will GO TO THE GYM after work and do my routine from bobby sue, the personal trainer
