Just for today (thursday, jan 22)
I will not over eat.
I will relax for a little when i get home from work.
I will do my yoga DVD and 5 minutes on the Indo board.
Just for today I will stay on track with eating and exercising and if I feel stressed/tempted to overeat or purge I will read OA literature and do work on my first step.

i will do my gazelle for 30 mins, and Indo board for 10 mins.
I will do a few reps with my little hand weights.
