Just for today I will turn on my Wii and see that number plummet and then do my old 11 min workout which was once hard and now compared 60 mins of training is nothing.
I will enjoy this.

I have about 5 areas that i have problems in too but I like JUST FOR TODAY-I will not beat myself up if I don't finish my workout.I should go do some right now
