Sharing the Message
 

I had an opportunity to share the message of overeaters anonymous the other day. I blogged about it here.

I'd love to hear stories of how you guys find ways of "12 stepping" others when you get a chance. I don't know about you, but I feel like there are so many people out there who could benefit from OA. It's just hard to find a way to positively spread the message.
