Hi! I'm pretty new to OA. I've been to a few meetings and have been off sugar for almost a week now. That is a really big thing for me!!! Recently I was barely making it through an hour or two without binging on cake,candy etc.
As I live overseas (Israel), I would like to call into a phone meeting with decent hours for me. If not, a morning/afternoon phone meeting in America would be also ok.
So if any of you have some info, I'd really appreciate it. Also, is there any other online place that I should now?
My group ran out of starter kits!!! I need that too!!
