Hello All:
I've been stuck at home in mounds of snow all weekend.
My kids are at their Dad's and it was mighty hard not to let those trapped feelings and lonely feelings tempt me into the pantry closet. I made it though--just kept thinking about not letting the compulsion take over the great feelings I've been having for the past weeks since joining OA. It helped that I reached out by phone to a fellow OA member too. It was finally decent enough a bit ago that I got the dogs out for a walk and saw some sunshine!

One of my tools is reading the site or if it's the right time attending an oa meeting on line too.
