Hey Zumba!
When I am OP, I eat low carb high fat/no grains no sugar. Some I like are
Ham/turkey wrapped around a cheese stick and pickle spear
Pork rinds with sour cream, dips, salsa
Nuts
Very dark chocolate
Fat bombs
Raw veggies with a dip I make (1/4 cup each sour cream, mayo, salsa mixed)

I have recently adopted LCHF and counting calories. The fat I eat seems to have knocked out my appetite' so I can be satisfied with fewer carbs and calories. I tried a regular diet just measuring everything and being hungry and shakey most of the time which didn't work. I have been actually satisfied and haven't even thought of food today

well...so far I have lost five lbs doing low carb (my own diet) but i feel like I am stuck. I have to kick it up a notch......I don't want to go into ketosis because that makes me feel kind of sickly ....and smelly...LOL....but something's gotta give...I'm starting to really crave bread....I'll be making those muffins in a minute starting today to try and get something "bready" into my routine.

I caved and had a small piece of bread with dinner, I hope that doesn't screw me up too much ......I had around 50 net carbs today.

Hi guys. I just started on 10/20 doing my own keto diet thing. Those first few days weren't fun that's for sure. But now I am feeling much better and loving the lack of hunger. Really looking forward to aging in reverse too.
