10 Day Detox
Has anyone tried this? Did you lose your cravings? Did you lose weight? Did any weight loss stay off??
A friend of mine is raving about it and offered to lend me the book. She has lost 15 pounds. The detox food sounds like I could do it, but it has a large number of supplements, AND a bath each night in a mixture of Epsom salts, baking soda and lavendar oil.....That really does not sound like something I would do....
