Thanks Zucena, what are the slow carb dinners you purchased? Maybe that will help me get back on track. I really need to do something. There is no reason why I should still be at this weight. I have literally gone back and forth the same weight all month.

The support we had here was great and it has just fallen. Maybe if we all commit to posting at least the rest of this month we can dust ourselves off and get totally back on the wagon. I'd be happy with a two pound loss for the month. Oh my ticker is right as of today I have not loss ONE POUND

I have done really well for a few days, hope that this streak continues The only no-no items I had was a few pieces of fruit. I was craving for something sweet and juicy, so I had an apple and an orange. Could have made a lot worse choices

Exercise was good this weekend as well. I power walked on Friday, lifted weights, walked the pup and swam on Saturday, power walked and walked the pup again on Sunday. I feel a bit sore today, which is a good feeling.

Plan is to do something everyday this week (except today is my official rest day). I will be at the FCA all day and I am usually really tired by the time I get home and even though I would like to walk my pup for the 3.3 miles, the couch is more inviting

Working out will be a bit tricky this week though. Kids have a million and one dr appointments and during the morning hours I am carless. My car "fell sick" this weekend and it is not driveable until it gets the new part. My DH will fix it this upcoming weekend. -- So between the kids school and their appointments, I need to find time to workout. It will be evening workouts for me, I bet, which I hate. I like working out at 1 pm; I am nicely alert at that point What I usually do; I walk my pup around 9/10 am and then hit the gym around 1 pm.

Rennie, I am committed for the rest of the month. I will check in daily.

Hi everyone,

How do you all use the faces. I dont see them I wanted to do a happy dance lol. Well my cheat day was Saturday and it was great I had cheesecake, Sakura Japanese steakhouse with fried rice and ribs and french fries lol. After all that I was sick of the bad stuff. Sunday I weighed myself and I gained almost 2 pounds which I think was not so bad. Today the two pounds are gone ...Yeahhhhh. Im not going to weight or atleast try not to weigh myself until Saturday. I am trying to loose 15 to 20 pounds. I have a 40th bday in August and a wedding next year. So I should be there by then and hopefully I will stick with it. So far no problems. If I am hungry I eat a few nuts and water is my best friend even though I have to use the bathroom all the time. Its worth it. Good Luck everyone. I will be checking on you all soon. Smooches

Okay, FCA day = Fast Day. I never have time to eat whilst I am volunteering. I am HUNGRY; just made my salad to cut the edge off my hunger

Dinner will be left over porkloin and veggies.

No exercise today, I am too tired to even think about it

Brelolita, your body will get use to the water. I'm have type II diabetes and as long as I eat like I am supposed to the water doesn't bother me (it use to, I'd have to go to the bathroom every few minutes it seemed) . But as long as I can keep the carbs low, I don't go nearly as much as I did. Use to drive my husband nuts when we were out

I was .4 down this morning after 5.5 hours of sleep to 166.8. My stomach was rumbly so I decided to lay down after I got my daughter on the bus. My husband was worried because that is not me at all. I assured him I just probably needed to go the the bathroom and I did. Since I'm not regular when I have to go there is some indication that it is time . I got on the scale afterwards and it said 165.4 so if all goes well today (since it is still time to mess up) I should be back at 165 point something tomorrow

NO EXERCISE TODAY … has to find my huge foot son some cleats

B ~ carbmaster vanilla yogurt
S ~ green grapes
L ~ Kroger seafood salad (no pasta)
S ~ Special K snack bar
D ~ pepperoni pizza only Colby Jack/mozzarella cheese and pepperoni

lots of green tea and will finish up my water

Ovulation time I fasted yesterday and had a sensible dinner and my scale was up by a pound My head is ready to diet, but body has other ideas. I feel really bloated and yucky. I hope the whoosh will be a nice one after a few days of this. -- I am afraid what tomorrow will bring. I hate the daily fluctuations.

Plan for today
B - green tea
L - Salad w/ avocado, grilled chicken, feta and veggies
D - Still have left over porkloin, veggies and salad
S - ?? Hopefully none or just some nuts

Exercise
4.7 mile powerwalk (60 min), weights (45 min), swim (45 min)

Hi all,
Sorry I've been gone awhile. It got so quiet, and so many seemed to be disappearing that I thought it was maybe me and my birthday (non) challenge! Anyway, got it in my head that if I left for awhile, Jacqui and some of the others would come back. Haven't even been checking, but the last few posts look pretty dismal. So sorry.

Anyway, I haven't been doing real well on my diet. I've been doing great on my cookbook, but with the wrong kind of recipes! (Yummy... and bad!) Anyway, have also been working way too many hours and have missed my last 2 WW weigh-ins, but I'm going tomorrow to Pay the Piper!!! :0 (scaaaarrryy!!!!)

Will try to get back with it again. I have been lovin' some carbs lately! If there was a bread diet that you could lose weight on, I could totally ROCK that diet!!! . Yeah, yeah ... I know..

Anyway, I did make some oopsies bread and it wasn't as good as I remembered, but most probably because my head wasn't in the right place.

I'm working on it.

I had the perfect OP day yesterday. My scale did not show me any love though I am hoping that ovulation is over today and I would get some sort of a downward movement on my scale. -- My one year weight loss anniversary is in 2 days, would be nice if I was closer to 140

Up 1.4 lbs at WW weigh-in today so definitely time to get back on the horse! First time I have had a gain at a weigh-in since starting weekly weigh-in mid October, but definitely could have been, (probably should have been), worse.

Think my biggest meal problem is breakfast. I can get by okay the rest of the day, but morning I want a hot breakfast sandwich. Summer I can do smoothies, but winter is too cold to have something cold for breakfast. I don't like eggs well enough to eat them alone, and have never been able to eat a lot of meat. I was a vegetarian for a very long time. Will look for the Ezekiel bread as a compromise for breakfast. And try to be very low carb the rest of the day and see how that works.

Steph why would you think that? I have been on 3FC for awhile and you will learn as the years pass that people come and go for various reasons. I have an old thread that I started back in 2010 and no one post on it now but me and I don't care. It makes me happy to post and it keeps me accountable so please don't think anyone wants you to leave. I love company I can't wait until your recipe book comes out Hope your weigh in isn't as you think it will be, hope it's better You can't mess up my birthday plans, LOL only I can do that ... and I have. but it's ok I'll have other challenges like out chicken dance challenge on another thread to reach goal HUH, I could ROCK a bread and potato diet also . I have found with the oopsie bread, it is tolerable as long as I am eating it with something else. Like a burger, or jello and whipped topping or taco, something to add flavor. I think I just like the fact that I'm getting more protein Steph for breakfast maybe a veggie omelet on oopsie (the egg is already there in the oopsie bread) and it will be hot. Just a thought

Sum you could definitely have a nice whoosh in two days

I actually had a great day, did my fast as best I could and stayed OP, though what I ate was quite carby I feel good. Also I went back to sleep after putting my daughter on the bus and decided to see what I weighed then. The scale read 163.8, boy do I long to see that number. Hopefully it's coming
