Well this entire week I tried the Low fat thing..
And all that left me was hungry..
So I am putting together my LC shopping List. and this weekend going to
stock the pantry...
Time to get this weight loss moving....
I am fine for the same thing, every day...
Usually I have for breakfast 2 or 3 of those... Eggs,Bacon,Ham
baked in the muffin pan...Don't know the exact name
Or a couple boiled eggs.
I force myself to eat breakfast and lunch sometimes, Work is busy.
Cup of tea
Cup of tea
rolled up meat with cheese
or big salad
or Tuna with peppers
Mushrooms with cheese.. yummy
Steak with SAlad
chicken with salad
Pork chops with veggies w/butter
If im doing really good. I will have frozen cool whip with a scoop of peanut butter ( taste like icecream)
That's pretty much the staples of the diet..
Always works my problem is I lost 30 lbs and say. OH I got it now. I can go back to eating other foods. You know what I cant.
once a month usually I have a cheat day. Some people do once a week, but then I have to lose that water weight it puts back on and the cravings it can kick up... Easier not too..
Going to restart on Monday 1/13 gives me 3.5 months until my bday.
hope to drop at least 25 lbs!!
