Question How Many Carbs a Day?

I am curious as to how many carbohydrates people are eating a day when they are on a low carb diet. I am currently trying to keep to 30. I try to at least eat 30 and not go above it. What is everyone else doing?

I had lost about 40 or so pounds doing it hardcore for a while back in 2011 and the beginning of 2012. I stopped being strict with myself and eventually started to eat a lot of high carb foods. I haven't put all the weight back on, but I've gained 7 pounds since the holidays started. That puts me at 177. Since New Year's, I've been eating 30 carbs a day. I just need to be consistent!

Default Carbs

Isn't less than 100 carbs per day considered a "low carb" diet?

Hi, I am on the Slow Carb Diet and don't keep track of carbs; however, here is an informative article which describes the different ranges of carbs that people on low-carb diets usually try for. I usually do between 20-25.. but each person is different..
I tend to crave more if I eat more....Or at least past 20..
