Need a buddy for "The 100"

I need a diet pal for Jorge Cruise "The 100" plan.......I am on day 6 but am doing it the optional way rather than following his exact menu plan. I don't care whether you are male or female. I am 49, 197lbs. currently hoping to lose down to 175......non-exerciser. Anyone?

What is "The 100" plan? I did BFC 2 years ago. I also bought Fast Track but didn't really do it.
