I just started following the Belly Fat Cure plan this week and I'm down 4lbs already. I've been amazed at how easy it's been-I've never been hungry, felt like I was on a diet, or had cravings. The plan really focuses on getting your sugar intake down and for me its been really eye opening to see how much 'hidden' sugar I was eating. I knew the candy, deserts etc I was eating was bad, but I had no idea that things like milk had so much sugar (12 grams of sugar for 1 serving!). Just by switching things up a bit I've seen definite progress already
Also, The Belly Fat Cure plan is more lenient on carbs-you can have anywhere between 30-120 a day, and Cruise is not against grains and rice as long as you can fit them into the plan. So far I don't think I've eaten over 50 grams of carbs a day and I always eat until I'm full
Now if I ate the full 120 grams of carbs everyday I don't know what it would do with my weight loss, but I'm finding that I can do the plan and be satisfied with what I'm eating at 30-50 grams. So if you did decide to try it you don't have to eat all the carbs. The biggest thing is the sugar-you have to keep it to 15 grams or less a day.
