So I get the gist of how you fast some I have seen say fast 19 hours some say fast one day a week. I just dont understand how if you are doing the 19hrs daily and only giving your self a 5hr window to eat how you get all the nutrients you need. Like how (on a low carb diet) do you get enough fat and protein in such a small window? I understand that you should eat foods that contain a lot of these things like fish and such but there is only so much you can eat in 5hrs, right? I am only talking about the daily 19 hr fasting. Not the one day a week.
