Glad to hear from someone out there. As it says 2 weeks is when you should see results, I would guess in the next day or two you would see some lbs lost. Also its quite possible you may have lost inches instead of lbs.Have you included yourself in the Jan/Feb Challenge spreadsheet? If not I can send the thread info. I seem to have lost 2 lbs, could have been better if I did not take it easy during the birthday lunch for my MIL, ate at a Chinese/Japanese buffet somewhat responsibly. Hope we have a better week this week
