BFC - Day 3
 
Ok, So headaches is gone! WOOHOO :carrot:
I noticed yesterday that i have Super Energy! WOOHOO :carrot:
But I awaoke this morning feeling completely bloated...this isnt supposed to be happening...Although I feel better mentally, physically i still feel like a huge rock...what is going on?? Im not a slave to the scale so I am definitely not going to weigh myself every 2 days but im compelled to find out what is happening. Maybe im going to gain first (while my body gets used to it)?? ugh this stinks! Has this happened to anyone?? Im not saying that i wanna lose 10 pounds a week because that is so unrealistic but alot of people lose alot the first week...i have a strong feeling that wont happen LOL
Any insight? :?:

I should also note that it is not TOM in fact that ended yesterday!

Sounds like constipation - might try hot coffee, a big green salad, dairy (if it give you diarrhea - it constipates some), fiber or gentle laxative supplement, hot tea, hot juice (might not be too LC though). Good luck. I think you are probly losing, just full of &#*+ so to say.

Lol I've been going though :/ I dunno. I also feel like I'm eating too much cheese. Ugh this stinks!!

Good Morning GoBanana!

It's funny you post this...i'm on day 4, and when i was putting on my uniform for work, i noticed that my belt didn't feel as tight. My bloating is definitely down some. I don't know how much weight i've lost, 'cause i haven't gottten on the scale, but i CAN feel the difference. I think i'm finally starting to "expel" some of that "false fat"...that makes me feel so uncomfortable. I've been pretty good on the diet so far...i DO still have a little sugar free flavored creamer in my coffee (i just CAN'T give that up, at least not yet)...and i have the dark chocolate squares...but i definitely a) feel the cravings for sweets subsiding and b) am not constantly hungry like i used to be. I think one great thing about these forums, is having someone to bounce things off of or point things out. It keeps me a little more in tune with my own body and whats going on! LOVE IT!!
