I love Primal Blueprint and find it a very healthy WOL. The food is pretty simple focusing on whole, unprocessed, organic foods as much as possible with good fats, lots of fresh veg, fresh proteins, some nuts and fruits. Limited amounts of dairy are permitted; grains, sugar, legumes are not. You may want to read up on PB to see if it is a lifestyle that would work for you.
