Ok, you can look here but ignore the splenda and replace it with stevia:
I find stevia (I use Truvia) to be very sweet now that I am low sugar, so I use way less than 1 packet for coffee. I have not made any desserts yet, but If I did I would use a little less until I found the right amount that suited me.
