Default First Week Weight Loss! Please share yours!
I hope I'm posting right.

I had my first week weight in and I lost:

10.6 pounds! and 5 inches!!!!!

Yah!!! I am so excited!!!

Please share your first week weight loss success! Old or newbies

I am new to IP and had my 1st weigh in last Tuesday.
8.6 pounds and 7 1/4 inches. I am so excited to finaly find something that works.

Congratulations futureskinnygirl 10.6lbs and 5 inches that's awesome!!

I am so grateful to have found this site, all of you on here are so inspiring.

That is awesome!

I just finally had a realization last night. When I eat sugar and carbs, I feel like crap.

It is so worth it to feel better and lose weight!

I have my first weigh-in on Wednesday. I want to check to see how my home scale measures up with the center's scale...but on my home scale, looks like I've lost 7 pounds since Tuesday.

When I started back in Janurary my starting weight was almost identical to yours--I lost 11 pounds the first week and six or seven the second week---then I got sick and went off the plan for about 10 days only gained one pound back before I jumped back on plan.

My first WI was after 5 days and I lost 6.8 pounds.

According to my home scale I lost 8.5 pounds in my first week...and one clothing size according to my closet.

I had my first weigh in on Thursday, and I am down 7.8 lbs. That makes it all worth it ! And that was with the kids being home on vacation and PMS! I am loving this diet. Congrats everyone on your great losses.

Thank you all for the tips, support, and ideas. IP (has worked well for me....I lost 7 lbs this 1st week and feel energized and clear headed. Best WOE I have ever done....it works!

Back in February when I started I lost 6.5lbs and 4 inches in my first week

Now I am officially 7 weeks in (took a couple of weeks off here and there) and I've lost 25lbs!

Good job on your first week futureskinnygirl! I had my first WI this morning and was down 10.8 lbs and 9.5 ins. and I'm not even following it as strictly as everyone else is. I too am glad I found IP. I will never try anything else again!
