Are you currently using the carbohydrate addicts diet or are you thinking of starting it again? You might check the forums for the PCOS/insulin resistance group. They tend to use alot of low carb diets for help with their health.
I am part of the Ideal Protein program, also low carb. Check out our forum too. There is AMAZING success to be had!
