hi, bzmom! i'm CarrieAnne & i'm literally currently eating my third meal of my first day on this system. i'd love to know how/if it worked out for you. i must admit, i wasn't even quite hungry for this third meal yet, but am doing my best to stick with it down to the letter so i knew it was time for the next scheduled one.
i've got my meals for the week planned out & an exercise schedule planned as well. (& of course, my fingers crossed)
