Question Chili's Chicken Caesar Salad w/o Dressing

Does anyone know how I can find out how many calories and fat grams are in Chili's Chicken Caesar Salad, if you leave off the dressing?

The only info I can find online (through the Chili's website and through Calorie King) is the info with the dressing. Well, lol, that's over a thousand calories and 75 grams of fat! Surely to GOD a lot of that has to be from the Caesar dressing, which I don't use.

Any ideas are appreciated.

Thanks!

I don't know what it would be but you might try e-mailing chili's and asking them for the nuritional information for the salad and the dressing seperately. They might be able to give it to you.

Smile switch

Just look for a grilled chicken cesar salad from another source. The two salads will probably be close enough for counting calories. JS
