its cheaper and better for you to make your own, that way u can control the fat and sugar in them..

i usually make up a batch on sundays and freeze them.. but i just make waffles..

I make oatmeal protein pancakes, everyone I've given this super simple recipe to has loved them...

1/3c oatmeal
1/3c eggwhites
1/3c cottage cheese
splenda and vanilla to taste
blend till smooth
cook like regular pancakes
makes one large or 2-3 small pancakes...ENJOY

ohhh, thanks for the simple recipie Ilene. I bet the carbs to protein ratio is a good one. I could use one with more protein to it. I usually have 2 ff whole wheat waffles and add cottage cheese and cinnamon to them.

Angel the breakdown according to fitday is:
217 calories
2g - fat - 10%
26g - carbs - 45%
23g - protein - 45%
Pretty good ratio I would say

Well, taste-wise. I generally like everything that's whole wheat, but those pancakes were...naseating. Very ,uch so

I'd generally agree with those who suggest making your own.
