Hi, Im a bit confused.
I have two packets of filled pasta and one says that for 100g there are 190calories. It is a 250g pack, so half of this is 125g, so I thought that the calories would then be 237 for the half pack but they are stating its 294 for half a pack.
I dont understand, the maths doesnt work our right and I have noticed this on a lot of other filled pasta packets.
But, if 100g is 190 calories, then the whole packet (190*2.5) has 475 calories. Divide that in half, and you do get 237.5... (okay, you did that, I can see)....
Sometimes the labels don't make a lot of sense.... when in doubt, I'd just go with the higher calorie number.
