I use splenda all the time. I really need to get off of it. I think stevia tastes to sweet. But I'm to the point were I think a little sugar is ok as long as not a diabetic.

Do you know why? Because the sucking bugs don't like sweet. Organic farmers spray with very diluted molasses for the same reason.

Shredded whole wheat has absolutely no sugar in it, which I love but Kashi Go Lean is one of the most recommended cereals around, even with the sugar.

just eat a cereal that has the least amount of sugar... no one says you have to give up taste...
