Does anyone have any nutrition info for Boston Market? I let myself have it probably more than I should, figuring it's one of the "healthier" options for a quick dinner. I'm not very good at cooking so sometimes I like a quick almost homecooked meal. But I wonder if I am fooling myself and it's really just as bad for you as any place? I would usually get a turkey meal with potatoes and another side. I can't seem to find any info online. Thanks!!
My husband was the area manager for Boston Market back when we got married, (and the last time I lost weight... LOL ) so I got pretty good at knowing what choices were ok. But the cornbread will be the death of me... I could eat and eat and eat that stuff.
