The article is just not all about beverage, it lists foods also on the top of the page as well as fruits & veggies etc.

Kinda neat, except I don't find it useful to lump naturally occurring sugars in with the added sugar. I know some people do, but my body finds them 100% different.

Hmm, it makes me not want to drink those things, but not for the intended reason. I found myself thinking "I could drink that soda, or eat that many sugar cubes - I'll take the sugar cubes!" Mmmmm.... sugar cubes. Now I'm getting hungry. I think I have a problem, lol....
