I buy a bag of kernals pretty cheap about $1.50 for a big bag. Put it in a pan a little olive oil and it is ready in about 2-3 minutes. Personally, its much more healthier than those little bags they sell + much more inexpensive this way. They dont contain much popcorn in those little bags and we purchase those from anywhere to $2-4 bucks a box for 6 bags.

Orville Redenbacher makes a great air popper for the microwave. I put the kernels in, spray them with some Pam and sprinkle on Johnny's seasoning salt-YUMMY!

I love popcorn. If I could recreate the taste of Freshly Popped Target popcorn, then I would be in HEAVEN!!!

I always find that I fill up SUPER fast when eating popcorn.

It can be
it has good amount of fiber in it
just avoid eating commercial popped popcorn, in other words, theater popcorn
it's about 236 or so calories with each handful

http://www.amazon.com/Presto-04820-P...4084805&sr=8-1 We've had this model for over 25 years and it is awesome!

Ok, not sure if I can post that link, but if you go to amazon and search Presto 04820 PopLite Hot Air Corn Popper you'll see it.

I use mine a lot. I sprinkle on low cal flavorings and spray butter. I'll have to try the seasoning salt sometime.

I buy a bag or jar of kernal popcorn, grab a brown lunch bag, throw some popcorn in,fold the open closed(have to fold it a few times),toss it in the microwave and nuke it just like the store bought version. It pops just as well, and there are no added calories.
