Is there a website that if I input certain data will basically tell me how much fat (saturated and unsaturated), carbs, sodium, protein, etc.. I should have in a day?
The reason I'm asking... I have received my calorie calculator and while I know how many calories I should take in daily to lose weight, I have NO clue how to program the thing to set the other daily values?
For example, I know it's not good to take in too many fat grams or sodium, but what is ideal? Is there a site that would fill me in?
